I swear it sounds revolting, but it is beautiful. Even my boys love it (I don't tell them what's in it!). 4 brussel sprouts, 6 florets brocolli, handful of green beans and 1 apple. I use the cold pressed juicer which extracts every drop so there is no wastage.
